They seem to be lasting a year. I did have a problem with one not spinning properly and they replaced it without a problem.
I ordered 10 turbines for my Lares handpieces. Replaced all of them as directed, including orings (which come included). Had an issue with 1 turbine so I contacted them. They had a replacement and pre-paid shipping label in my office within 2-3 days. I would recommend them!
